S-Line, is one of two new works commissioned for ESLA (East South Liverpool Academy). This piece sits on the line that boarders the new build school with the south gateway road into Liverpool. The stainless steel torus form fills a natural gap within the tree line and is a subtle and elegant form that has a spectral quality when lit from below at night. The work is a reminder of the interconnectivity between school an community. The short video link above shows the work in context.
