The artwork aims to create transformative, inspirational and playful spaces, which work on both the macro and micro levels that challenge the viewer to consider their position or actions as an individual and as part of a collective.
In the pathway leading to the main entrance, a murmuration design utilises three tonnes of block sets to create the the overall effect. The pattern will appear random when standing on it but reveals depth and order from various vistas. Murmuration of flocking starlings is a common sight on the nearby Somerset Levels. As vinyl and block set designs, they continue from the floor, up and over the front glass elevation in pixilated vinyl patterns, the manifestation throwing shadows on the internal dome.
