About

Hi, I’m an artist working in traditional and digital media I am interested in the intersection of art and design in public and private spaces. Over the last 25 years, I’ve collaborated with Arts organisations, Galleries, Councils, Developers, Consultants, Architects, Designers, and many Communities on site-specific projects. Ideally, I am engaged in the early stages of planning and project development to allow for creative holistic input that can inform design decisions in a wider sense and bring meaningful early engagement when possible. In addition to my practice, teaching and community involvement have played vital roles throughout. Currently, I’m consulting as the head of learning for a CIC (Community Interest Company) and working on the development of two new Commissions in the regeneration scheme for Castleford Town Centre next year. My involvement includes a new sculptural installation for the revamped Henry Moore Square and a large bronze cast marking the original Roman Ford, alluding to the once-significant Roman presence in the area.
